Blood Prints

Made in collaboration with Francis Ybanez
These images were made by combining light, salt, silver, and a living pigment to print moments of protest and resistance. The process refuses neutrality. It stains the paper, corrodes the edges, and leaves marks that feel closer to wounds than photographs.
I wanted the material and the subject to speak the same language.
Bodies in the street.
A body in the print.
What remains is an image that feels less like documentation and more like evidence.
